16th March 2022—Integrations galore!
How have you been? It’s been a while!
We didn’t want to disturb you until we had something super interesting to say. Pretty sure you wouldn’t have found the fact we got our own new coffee machine interesting.
We’ve been doing plenty of behind the scenes, building fresh features and squashing pesky bugs. We also did a bunch of useful enhancements in our features that we are excited to show off. Keep reading.
What’s SuperNew:
1. Acronis integration
We know you have been losing sleep over the suspicious links your clients are clicking for free NFT giveaways. Hackers are getting creative, they don’t even send emails from @freenftnotascam anymore. So we decided to ramp up security and got two of the best-in-class security experts to integrate with us–Acronis and Bitdefender.
Now, you can sync your clients across SuperOps.ai and Acronis, map protection policies for different clients in SuperOps.ai, and deploy Acronis automatically through the SuperOps.ai agent. Once applied, you can view asset status, last run time, the respective protective policies, and a cyber fit score that cumulates a variety of security aspects to calculate the asset’s health status.

2. Bitdefender integration
As we said, we don’t want you to lose sleep over security concerns. That’s why we integrated with Bitdefender, to bring you reliable cybersecurity tools to protect your client environments.
With Bitdefender, you can install and manage Bitdefender on your client devices through SuperOps.ai and proactively monitor threats using routine antivirus scans. So your policies are kept up-to-date at all times. But seriously, free NFT? Do people still click on those?

3. Stripe integration
Asking your client if they’ve paid already is the equivalent of asking your friend to pay you back for the beer. Nothing can be more awkward. So we made a deal with Stripe so your clients can manage outstanding payments and handle recurring payments with ease. You need not ask your clients if they’ve paid anymore. But you still have to ask your friend, sadly we can’t help there.

4. Azure AD integration
It’s a pain to keep client and technician information readily updated, especially across different platforms. That’s why we integrated with Azure AD to help you streamline user lifecycle management with an up-to-date active directory of your clients. Now, the typos in your requesters’ names can now get fixed and updated in real-time.

Things we’ve improved:
- We added new patch status in activity logs to give you more visibility over your patches.
- We added the ticket status in Kanban view to give you a better idea of each ticket’s progress across different stages.
- We have added the provision to manually set timeouts for every script. You can set the script to run in time for you to finally finish your F.R.I.E.N.D.S marathon at work.
- We gave the AV card on our Asset details page a makeover. Now all the cards and carpets match.
- We've also made instaworthy UI enhancements across different modules in the platform to make your experience using the platform even better.
On this episode of bugbusters:
- We discovered that sometimes the entire integration page gets re-rendered when you switch back to the tab, so we quickly fixed that.
- The generated invoice model didn’t display client names for a bit. We fixed that too.
- We found a few UI issues across pages and ironed them out to give you a cleaner look and feel overall.
- We found and squashed a number of other small bugs and issues to make your experience using SuperOps.ai cleaner and bug-free.
We have more exciting feature announcements coming your way! Please stay tuned.
