Software-based asset views
Identify devices with outdated apps, track rollout coverage, and ensure software compliance across your device landscape by finding and grouping devices based on installed software and the versions they’re running.
Convert tickets to projects
See the scope of a task going beyond a ticket? Instantly convert any ticket into a project while retaining all key details and links to smoothly transition reactive work into planned projects in minutes.
A dedicated finance mailbox (MSP only)
Route all invoices, payment reminders, and billing communication through a dedicated finance inbox. This keeps finance conversations organised and separate from support or sales, while staying linked to the right invoice.
Task priorities
Assign priority levels—Urgent, High, Medium, or Low—to tasks across tickets and projects. This helps teams understand urgency at a glance and sequence work more effectively.
Expandable ticket conversations
We’ve introduced a unified floating reply widget to help you respond faster without losing context across SuperOps. The widget follows you across tabs, so you can reference tickets, assets, or client details while composing a reply. The new editor offers a familiar, Gmail-style pop-out experience for drafting long, complex responses comfortably. Notes, Conversations, and Side Conversations now share a consistent UX. You can also resize the widget to suit your screen and working style.
Asset record continuity (Deduplication)
SuperOps now automatically identifies and merges duplicate asset records when devices are re-enrolled or reimaged. This keeps a single, accurate asset record while preserving tickets, alerts, patch history, and activity logs.
Please note that this feature works for agent version 202509261777 and newer, and is turned off by default to avoid merging Virtual machines that would share the same physical attributes.Extending macOS Management with MDM (COMING SOON)
SuperOps will soon extend its agent-based macOS monitoring by adding native device management through MDM, giving you the best of both worlds: real-time monitoring through the agent and deeper compliance and control through MDM.
