What's New

  • TV Dashboards: View all your reports on a big screen with real-time updates. Easily monitor key metrics and stay informed without switching devices.

  • Ticket Merge: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by merging related tickets into a single conversation thread so that you can manage and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Splashtop Configurations in Policy Sets: Customize and configure Splashtop settings at a policy level. This feature provides flexibility to adjust settings for individual clients, sites, or assets, ensuring that each environment is tailored to specific needs.

  • On-Demand ICMP Ping: Check network performance with on-demand ICMP pings and new data points such as average RTT and packet loss.

  • Alert policies for Patches: New alert policies for patch failures and rollbacks have been introduced. These alerts notify you of any issues during patch deployment, allowing for prompt investigation and corrective actions.

Things we’ve improved:

  • Registered Time in Widgets and Reports: We have added the registered time of assets in SuperOps to the reporting module. This allows you to track and generate reports on recently added assets, aiding in better management and planning for timely updates and maintenance.

  • More granularity in network monitoring alerts: Round-trip time (RTT) and packet loss conditions are now included in the alerting module. These metrics are essential for troubleshooting network issues, and enable you to manage network performance and enhance overall service quality proactively.

  • Support for Server Controllers: Start monitoring these devices via SuperOps and customize monitors as needed, improving visibility and control over server environments.

  • Full Support for WAP & WLC: Monitor Wireless Access Points (WAP) and Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) with full visibility. Gain better network management and oversight with our OID library now supporting eight network device types.

  • Custom Fields in Script Placeholders: Secure custom fields can now be used as placeholders in scripts. This enhancement allows you to utilize custom fields without embedding the values directly in the script body, improving security and flexibility in automation.

  • Asset Patch Discovered Time: Track the age of patches to improve compliance and overall asset management.

  • UX Enhancements:

    • Pop-Out Reply Editor: Reply without switching tabs, making communication more efficient.

    • Collapsible Ticket Properties Tab: Collapse the properties tab for a larger conversation window. Use the search feature to find details quickly without having to scroll all the way

    • Add Worklogs from a Reply Directly: If the solution provided is the work done, you can now add a worklog directly from the reply itself, eliminating the need for copy-pasting.

    • Recorded Time and Logged Time: Differentiate between recorded and billable time for clarity and accuracy in billing.

    • Manual Entry Tag: Differentiate worklogs with manual entry and timer entry with the new tag.
