I've managed to auto-deploy threatlocker for servers and workstations using one script. Notifications for new application requests open tickets and sets the category/subcategory automatically.
But looking to automate the closure of tickets when the Approval is submitted. Only the end-user gets an email, not the Threatlocker notification user account. Just wondering how others have setup or whether its just a case of closing manually.
